Yoga & meditation retreats, courses & workshops

Enveloped by the National Park’s lush nature, Villa Söderåsen is the perfect place to go on a retreat. Come to us for a retreat or take part in a workshop, course, or simply a class.
In our newsletter and on our facebook page, we continuously announce which teachers are planning retreats / workshops / courses at Villa Söderåsen.
Åsa arranges her own retreats during the low season, but she also organizes retreats and workshops in collboration with other teachers.

Yoga and Hiking

Having nature and yoga as key inspirations in life, Åsa is pleased to lead yoga-hikes out in the National Park. The groups step out into the forest, partly in silence, to take in the lush nature. In chosen locations the group practices yoga, pranayama (breathing exercises) and other meditation techniques. Puja and mantra are often a part of the program. With longer hikes, a vegetarian meal is included, but the shorter hikes require you to carry your own meal. Sometimes the yoga hikes are included as part of a larger retreat. Åsa has been inspired by her colleague Ulrika who has regularly organized yoga hikes for years. (yogavandring.se)

Individual yoga program

Its fantastic to practice yoga in a group, but sometimes its good with an individual lesson that can direct attention specifically to you and your needs. This way you can receive the yoga & Vedanta tools that can help you deepen your personal practice and bring more balance to your daily life. Åsa offers one on one consultations. From these private meetings you can create a yoga program with routines that function for your everyday.
We’ll meet at Villa Söderåsen.
