Information about booking the whole house - Villa Söderåsen 

 

When you book the whole house, you always have the guesthouse exclusively for yourself, without other guests. 

Check-in: from 15:00 on the day of arrival

Check-out: no later than 11:00 on the day of departure

Early check-in, late check-out and optional extras can be booked as add-ons if available, at an additional cost (see prices below). 

 

Good to know 

  • 13 guest rooms with a total of 37 beds 
     
  • Maximum 42 overnight guests according to police permit and fire regulations (extra places are only for children 0–3 years old in a parent's bed or baby bed) 
     
  • 1 of our 13 guest rooms has a private bathroom and shower.
     
  • 12 rooms share common bathrooms, in total 5 toilets and 3 showers.  
     
  • Extra mattresses or your own beds are not allowed 
     
  • Final departure cleaning is included (the kitchen must be cleaned and tidy by you, if used)

  • Weekend, 2 nights: SEK 27,500  + Supplement April–October: +6 000 SEK 
     
  • Weekday, 1 night: SEK 17,500 
     
  • Extra night weekday: SEK 8,500 
     
  • Minimum 2 nights on weekend (Fri-Sun or Sat-Mon) 
     
  • Christmas holidays: minimum 3 nights (summer price) 

Summer and public holidays (June–August) 

  • Minimum 2 nights (Midsummer minimum 3 nights)
  • Fixed check-in at 3 pm / check-out at 11 am
  • Early check-in and late check-out not possible

  • At the time of booking, a 20% non-refundable deposit will be invoiced

  • Payment is made via invoice (Fortnox) 

 

Liability agreement 

When booking the entire house, a liability agreement especially for your booking is written.

A house viewing is offered by appointment before booking.

What time is check-in?

Check-in is from 3 pm unless otherwise agreed.

Can I arrive late at night?

You can come any time you want after 3 pm, on the day of arrival you will receive a text message with information about the code for the house and what room number you have. 

The key to the room is inside your unlocked room. If you come after 10 p.m., remember to be a little quiet as guests can be asleep. 

Can I cook?

Villa Söderåsen has a guest kitchen fully equipped to be used between 12-9PM (after 3 at check in time). The garden is equipped with grills.
