Information regarding booking of the entire Villa Söderåsen
When you book the whole house, you always have the guesthouse exclusively for yourself, without other guests.
Check-in: from 15:00 on the day of arrival
Check-out: no later than 11:00 on the day of departure
Early check-in, late check-out and optional extras can be booked subject to availability at an additional cost (see prices below).
Good to know
- 13 guest rooms with a total of 37 beds
- Maximum 42 overnight guests according to permit (extra places only for children 0–3 years old in a parent's bed or baby bed)
1 room with private bathroom
- 12 rooms share 5 toilets and 3 showers. 1 of our 13 rooms has a private bathroom and shower.
- Extra mattresses or your own beds are not allowed
- Final cleaning is included (the kitchen must be left cleaned and restored)

Liability agreement
When booking the entire house, a liability agreement is drawn up.
A house inspection is offered by appointment.
